  • Lead the effort to consolidate the client relationships of existing customers of BenchMatrix in the Middle East and bring them on board BenchMatrix Corporation Inc. Canada
  • Build a team to manage the client relationships of existing clients mainly in the Middle East as well as grow the business in North America
  • Mentor subordinate Managers by providing guidance and coaching to build an experienced team
  • Contribute to develop and implement strategies aiming to promote BenchMatrix’s mission
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Understand customer needs in regards to Risk Management and Compliance due to limitation of the RiskNucleus system and develop plans to address them
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively by having an efficient Client Services team in place
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team by identifying Risk Management and Compliance system needs of customers
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew Annual Maintenance agreements, where applicable
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors and provide feedback to the Technology team to improve BenchMatrix’s existing products and launch new products
  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
  • Organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Allocate human resources to implement organizational policies and programs; Formulate promotional campaigns
  • Select middle managers; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other functions


  • 8+ years of experience working in a financial institution
  • 5+ years of experience in Senior Management positions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC)
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • An analytical mind capable for “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems
  • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities

  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Client management experience with system implementation
  • Must have experience of working and handling client relationships in the Middle East, experience of working with European and North American clients is considered an asset
